Cancellation Policy for Membership Subscription
Membership subscription cancellations must be requested within 14 days of the subscription renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellations requested after this period may still be processed, but the subscriber may be charged for the upcoming billing cycle. To cancel your membership subscription, please contact our customer support team at shafiqah@nazrizz.com with your subscription details. Please note that personalized or customized features included in the membership may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Evo-X reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
Membership Subscription Refund Policy
At Evo-X, we strive to ensure our members are happy. Here’s our refund policy for membership subscriptions: Once a subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or annual) starts, it is non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your membership will remain active until the end of the current period, and no partial refunds will be issued. If your subscription renews automatically and you didn’t intend for it to, you can request a refund within 7 days of the charge by emailing shafiqah@nazrizz.com. For other refund requests, we consider them on a case-by-case basis, and you can email us at the same address with your reason. To initiate a refund request, email shafiqah@nazrizz.com with your name, order ID, and the reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
